The enquiry forms collect your name, email address, requirements and any optional company, phone, country, product or equipment details you choose to provide.
Enquiry storage
Submitting a form stores your enquiry securely on the Goldsource website server, returns a reference number and queues an email notification to our team. The reference confirms that your enquiry was recorded; it does not confirm email delivery or that a team member has read it. For direct contact, email Williams Zhao at sales@nbjyc.com or use the displayed messaging contact. We also send one automatic confirmation to the email address you provide.
Access and retention
Authorized website administrators and team members can access enquiry records and notification emails to handle product requests. These records remain in our server database and team email accounts until deleted by authorized personnel. To request access, correction or deletion, contact sales@nbjyc.com and include your enquiry reference. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
Regional preferences
We estimate your country from your IP address using a database on our server to display regional contact options. We do not send your IP address to an external geolocation service. You can change the region and language; these preferences are saved in your browser. Server access logs may contain IP addresses for website operation and security.
External services
Campaign labels and the advertising click identifier in the page URL (for example Google's gclid) may be carried to other pages on this website and saved with your enquiry so our team can understand its source. This uses no advertising cookies or browser storage. We also save your advertising-measurement choice with the enquiry. Only if you explicitly accepted measurement when submitting that enquiry may we later report to Google that it was qualified by our sales team. This offline report uses the ad-click identifier, a random enquiry reference, the actual qualification time and a conversion name; it does not include your name, email, phone number or enquiry contents. Unknown or rejected consent is not eligible for this report. Please do not put personal information in campaign links.
Advertising measurement
Google Ads measurement is optional. Before you accept, or if you reject it, we do not load the Google advertising tag. After acceptance, the tag may use advertising cookies and browser storage to measure visits and saved enquiries. It may send page addresses without query strings or fragments, browser and device information, ad-click information and your IP address to Google. The saved-enquiry event includes a random reference to prevent duplicates. We do not send enquiry form details through this tag. We do not enable personalized advertising, Google Analytics or enhanced conversions.
Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. You can reopen Advertising privacy choices in the footer at any time. Withdrawing consent reloads the page to stop the loaded tag and removes accessible Google Ads cookies and click data from browser storage on this website. Save any unfinished enquiry first. Withdrawal does not undo information already sent to Google. Rejecting measurement does not prevent browsing or submitting an enquiry.
To withdraw permission for future offline reporting of an enquiry you already sent, email sales@nbjyc.com and include its enquiry reference. Changing the browser choice alone does not update the choice saved with an earlier enquiry. Our team checks withdrawal requests before reporting qualified enquiries; information already sent to Google is not recalled.
Google may process information outside your country under its own privacy policy.
Product images and the catalogue viewer are hosted with the website. Our email hosting provider processes enquiry details to send notifications to our team.
